At Hamilton By Design begin with design research, turnkey innovation, & brainstorming the brief with the end in mind. We create truly fresh ideas from your design brief. We then begin concept design, & CAD development. 

Within our CAD model we begin validation, we can test physical properties like strength, toughness and flexibility. Then we rapid prototype the model, very useful in the design validation process.  

Manufacturing Hamilton By Design, we have in-house production facilities from plastic and metal extrusion, plastic injection molding & metal casting. Our manufacturing team offer a very attractive price points across a range of manufacturing processes. In many cases the manufacturing process is dictated by the initial concept development, far to often industrial design consultancies design products with out development.
